  • How do I access the course content?

    You can access your Student Dashboard by clicking on MY DASHBOARD at the top of the page above (visible when you are signed into the site). In the Student Dashboard you will see the course card.

  • When does the course begin?

    Our welcome materials will be ready to view from 10:00AM GMT on your course start date. Sign into the Student Dashboard then to view them and get a feel for the site. The lesson content is pre-recorded and you have access to the course content and all updates for life, so don't worry if you need to catch up in your own time.

  • When can I expect new modules to be released?

    Core modules will be released every Tuesday and Friday, for four weeks. The lesson content is pre-recorded and you have access to the course content and all updates for life, so don't worry if you need to catch up in your own time.

  • How much time should I allow?

    You should allow around 45 minutes to an hour to consume the course content for one module, then some extra time to implement the strategies or complete the assignments.

  • What tech do I need?

    It's best to view the course materials on a laptop or tablet.

  • What else do I need?

    Not much! You might want a pen and paper if you're the note taking sort, and access to a printer is a bonus if you like to print out the downloadable worksheets. You might like a nice cuppa too!
